The fundamental elements of the farmhouse cuisine are the typical products of Calabria, but the menu can be modified for banquets and weddings. It is possible to taste the
original flavours in an
elegant and relaxing atmosphere. In the morning, the smell of bread from the kitchen mingle with those of jam tart and ricotta and jam bread home baked in the lodge.

All this enveloped in the warmth of the fireplaces in Winter and, in Summer, in the breeze from the Ionian Sea and chilly currents from the Sila mountains, the climatic elements typical of the Marcellinara gorge, the narrowest part of Italy.
